1. CALL DETAILS Client calls are scheduled at the mutual convenience of yourself and Nicole and will take place in Nicole's private Zoom Room online unless otherwise agreed upon. You will receive a login link for the duration of your contract prior to your first call.
If Nicole needs to request an advancement or delay of start time for any reason, she or a member of staff will notify you as soon as is reasonable to indicate a different start time. Calls start upon pick up of the call and end when the call is hung up.
Any cancellations of a client call or session must be made with a minimum of twenty four (24) hours prior the time of an appointment. Nicole or a member of staff will make reasonable efforts to reschedule calls which are cancelled in a timely manner.
2. VOXER ACCESS If Voxer access is part of your program, a chat will be set up for you in Voxer after your initial call has taken place. Nicole will be available for any questions that arise in between calls for you there, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Voxer voice messages are to be kept under three minutes. Questions are to be made as specific as possible. Nicole will not be on Voxer every day. But when she is there, she is there with her full presence and awareness and will make sure all your questions are tended to.
CONFIDENTIALITY Exchange between you and Nicole is confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your permission, unless Nicole feels that what is discussed will be of harm to you or someone else.
If, at any time, you feel that your needs are not being met or you are not getting what you want out of your contract, please tell Nicole, so that your needs can be discussed and your support can be adjusted if need be.
SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS Set yourself up for success and prepare BEFORE each call. Empty your bladder, have a drink ready and a journal and pen if you so wish and have your questions and/or intentions for the call clear and ready to be discussed. Be on time and schedule some quiet, reflective time before and afterwards. Be in a private, comfortable space free of distractions. Turn off all notifications and electronics, except the device being used for the call. Give at least 24 hours notice, in the event a call needs to be rescheduled.
What you need to know and agree with up front Understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your own well being including your choices and decisions.
